Dr. Jim Willoughby serves as a senior pastor of Echos of Faith World Outreach Ministries located in Ontario, California. Over the past thirty years, Dr. Jim has seen EOF grow from sixty members to the largest congregation in Ontario, as well as one of the largest Word of Faith ministries in California.
