"Woman are to keep silent in the church." Is the command of some churches. But what exactly is that supposed to mean? In some circles this is interpreted in such a way that women are completely excluded from any and every ministry role and are allowed no leadership positions of any kind. In other church settings women are not only leadership, they often preach. And in some cases, they are the senior pastor of local churches!
