Pastor Larry Moss is a 1979 graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center, an associated ministry of Kenneth Hagin Ministries, located in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is licensed through Rhema Ministerial Association International. 

With his wife Charlotte they founded Living Word Worship Center, known today as Living Word on the Move, in a home of a member in Stockbridge, Georgia. Pastor Moss teaches and preaches the uncomprimising Word of God and Faith. 

Pastor Moss emphasizes the importance of the local church in developing the lives of Christians, as well as ministering to the needs of family on every level.
