BILL GRAYBILL, D.MIN., CPCC, CPBA, CPVA For more than 30 years, Dr. Bill Graybill has counseled, mentored, and coached men and women from all backgrounds to reach their greatest potential -- spiritually, emotionally, and in the workplace. Bill holds three degrees, including a Masters (MA) in Christian Education and a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) from Northwest Graduate School of Ministry in Redmond, Wash., where he specialized in leadership and conflict management. He is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) and a Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA). In addition, he has completed the Institute for Christian Conciliation’s Conciliator Training Program, sponsored by Ken Sande and Peacemaker Ministries. As an Adjunct Faculty Member of Global University, Bill teaches conflict management cross-culturally at the graduate level. He’s certified as a Christian Coach by Christian Coaches Network (CCN). Bill and his wife, Dorothy, live in Albany, Oregon. They have two married sons, Dan and Mark. Bill has pastored Abundant Life Center since 1978 and also serves as president on the board of Youth Connect, a nonprofit organization that provides after-school programs for middle school students.
