Dr. Jim Willoughby serves as a senior pastor of Echos of Faith World Outreach Ministries located in Ontario, California. Over the past thirty years, Dr. Jim has seen EOF grow from sixty members to the largest congregation in Ontario, as well as one of the largest Word of Faith ministries in California. EOF has a beautiful 9 acres campus that includes a Family Life Center, Citizen Youth Center, Kingdom Kids Education Center, a new Fitness Center and is also home to Vision Bible College. His education includes study through Berean School of the Bible and Bethel School of Theology, where he received his Doctor of Divinity. He recently received his doctorate of Ministry through Next Dimension Bible College.
